, Leann Shoffner holds both her undergraduate degree in Psychology and her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. With a passion for helping others heal and grow, Leann takes a holistic approach to counseling—addressing the body, mind, and soul to support clients on their unique journeys.
Leann utilizes a person-centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework, believing that building a strong, trusting relationship is foundational to meaningful change. She works with individuals across the lifespan, including women, teens, and children ages 8 and up.
Her areas of focus include navigating life transitions, trauma recovery, autism, family and relationship dysfunction, and understanding attachment styles. Leann is currently working toward certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to further enhance her ability to support clients processing trauma.
