Meet Our Team

Lexi Lippard is our Office and Finance Manager. She joined Cere with a heart for helping others behind the scenes and enjoys bringing organization, structure, and a welcoming atmosphere to the office. Lexi loves making others smile and laugh and takes pride in helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.

From a young age, Lexi dreamed of having a husband and children. Today, she feels blessed to spend her weekends watching Supercross and Motocross with her awesome husband, Josh, and their two young boys and daughter. 

Lexi is also an avid reader and discovered her love for books at the age of 11. She has always felt that books allow her to travel the world and experience new places and stories without ever having to move her feet.
